Data protectionnotice

The data controller is Atakan Usta (natural person), Antalya, Türkiye.

The form asks for: business name, your name, email address, what your business does, and a short description of your situation.

Phone number and the current-situation choice are optional; you can leave them empty.

We do not ask for identity numbers, street addresses, financial details or special categories of personal data.

The only purpose is to review your request and get back to you.

Your details are not added to a marketing list, not sold to third parties, and not used for advertising.

Processing rests on the explicit consent you give with the checkbox on the form (KVKK article 5/1).

You can withdraw that consent at any time. When you do, your record is deleted and we confirm it to you in writing.

Your request is not written to a database. It is delivered as an email and stays in our mailbox.

Requests that do not lead anywhere are deleted within 12 months at the latest.

If you become a client, records are kept for as long as the relationship and Turkish law require.

Mailbox: Google Workspace.

Site hosting and visit measurement: Vercel.

All three run their servers outside Türkiye, so your data counts as transferred abroad.

No party other than these three receives it.

Under KVKK article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, ask for correction or deletion, and object to processing.

No tracking or advertising cookie runs on this site. The only cookie is a functional one that remembers your language.
