About
We build digitalinfrastructure andkeep it running.
Tovi Agency is sector-independent. We are not a "barbershop agency" or a "restaurant agency". We position by the maturity of a business's digital needs, not by its sector.
What we do
Build and run the scattered, incomplete digital setup of a business from one place; take on the work they have neither the time nor the knowledge for, and win back the customers and revenue they were losing.
Where we are going
To be the first place small and mid-sized businesses in Türkiye think of for digital work, and to turn the most repeated work into products — moving from a service company to a product company.
About
Values
These are not decoration. Each one maps to a behaviour we hold to.
Diagnosis first, proposal second.
We do not decide what to sell before reviewing the business.
Scope is written.
Work outside the contract does not happen. A new request means a new proposal.
Promises are measurable.
Everything we promise has a number. What has no number is not promised.
We work on advance payment.
Half of the setup fee is collected before work begins. No exceptions.
The client’s assets belong to the client.
Domain, Google account, social media accounts and customer data are opened in the client’s name and handed over in full on request.
We say when we do not know.
We do not take work we cannot do and learn on your budget. Saying no beats delivering late.
We do not build and leave.
Everything we deliver has to still be working after delivery.
Who we work with
Sector is not a constraint. A business is our client if these hold.
- One decision maker, or at most two
- There is a budget for digital, or a willingness to build one
- There is a problem, and it can be described
- Payment history and intent are sound
Requests we turn down
- Anyone asking "who is cheapest?" — we do not compete on price
- Anyone who will not define scope — "just do whatever is needed"
- Anyone wanting us to be solely accountable for the outcome
- Anyone unwilling to pay in advance
- Organizations with long approval chains
