The step most reviews skip: the moment an enquiry is answered

September 5, 2026 · 1 min

Being found is not the whole job

The sentence we hear most often when we start reviewing a business is this one: "People can't find us on Google." It is usually true. But raising visibility, when the enquiries that already arrive are not answered, only raises the number of customers you lose.

So we give how demand is handled a heading of its own: where an enquiry comes from, which channel answers it, and where it disappears.

How we measure it

The measurement has two parts.

The first is a flow check. Is there a booking system, is the phone answered outside working hours, is an incoming enquiry recorded anywhere, is a customer who came once ever contacted again.

The second is simpler and tells us more: we write to the business as a customer would. At a realistic hour — a weekday evening — we send a question through your own channel and measure how long the answer takes.

We do not book an appointment and cancel it, and we do not waste anyone's time. We say plainly in the meeting that we ran this test.

What the measurement changes

If the break is in how demand is handled, that is where the priority goes — not into visibility work. The order is: first the enquiries you already get are answered, then you become easier to find, then new demand is created.

Skip that order and the extra demand keeps leaking from the same place.

We work remotely, so this applies the same way to a business outside Turkey.
